Commercial Fencing. in East Windsor and Nearby Towns

Free Written Estimates Posts Set in Concrete Serving East Windsor & Nearby Towns

East Windsor Fence builds commercial fencing across East Windsor: business perimeters, dumpster and equipment enclosures, HOA amenity fencing, and the spec-driven work that comes with site plans and inspections. Commercial fencing is procurement plus construction, and we handle both ends, the submittal paperwork and the posts in concrete.

The commercial catalog

Chain link perimeters in commercial gauges, with slats, windscreen, and barbed options where the spec calls. Ornamental aluminum for frontages that face customers. Vinyl and composite enclosures for dumpsters and mechanicals, built on steel frames so the gates survive the hauler. Pool and amenity fencing for HOAs and swim clubs, built to the same barrier code as residential with the inspection paperwork handled. Guard rails, bollard lines, and the gates that tie it all together.

Built to the plan, documented for the file

Commercial jobs arrive with site plans, specs, and sometimes a township detail to match, and they leave with as-builts, warranty letters, and the certificates of insurance the property file wants. We price from the drawing when there is one and produce the drawing when there is not, and change conditions get documented the day they appear, not argued at the invoice.

Maintenance accounts

Fences on commercial properties take hits: delivery trucks, plows, weather, and the occasional customer. Standing accounts get priority dispatch for damage, annual walk-downs of gate hardware and tension, and one contact who knows the property. For HOAs, that includes the pool-gate check before opening weekend, the call every association makes in May and ours make early.

Want a number for your yard?

We measure the run, confirm the height, and send a written estimate.

What moves the price

Every fence is quoted after we see the yard. These are the things that change the number, and we will point out which ones apply to yours while we are there.

Footage and height

The run length is the multiplier, and six-foot privacy costs more per foot than four-foot picket in any material.

Material

Chain link, wood, vinyl, and aluminum sit at four different price levels per foot.

Gates

Each gate is its own small build: heavier posts, hardware, and adjustment. Drive gates double the stakes.

Ground and access

Roots, rock, slopes, and tight side yards slow post-setting, and post-setting is the job.

Tear-out and haul-away

Removing an old fence, footings included, is priced as its own line so you can see what it costs.

Permits and HOA paperwork

Township permits and association approvals add paperwork we handle as part of the job.

Estimates are free and in writing, itemized per run and per gate. For more on how the numbers come together, read the fence cost guide.
